Walter van Dusen, M.Photog. Cr., CPP What do you want to remember from your wedding day? I love photographing weddings from an insider’s point of view. I get to know you before your wedding so that I'm not just the photographer, but instead, someone with a vested interest in telling your wedding story. I'm a three-time winner of Connecticut Photographer of the Year, twice I've been named Connecticut and New England Best in Show Wedding Album, two Professional Photographers of America Loan Collection Prints, recipient of five Connecticut and New England Court of Honors Awards, Kodak Gallery Award Wedding Image, two Fuji Masterpieces for Prints awards and several other wedding album and print awards. Update as of February 6, 2010: I attended the The 61st Annual Meeting of the Connecticut Professional Photographers Association Annual Convention 2010 "Reach for the Stars" I entered four prints and two albums into the print competition. I received seven awards for the collection of images and albums. Kodak Gallery Award for "A Perfect Fit", Master Court of Honor for "Throwback", WHCC award for The Most Creative Wedding Image for "Close Encounter", the highest scoring print by a PPA Certified Photographer for "Close Encounter & Throwback" for both the State and National award, Album Court of Honor for "Alison & Benjamin", and the Treskunoff Award for Highest scoring print case. I received all of these awards from wedding images I have captured. I don’t photograph for the awards, but I welcome judgment by my peers so that I can produce the best possible wedding images and albums for you. Wedding coverage in New England, NYC, Long Island and Northern New Jersey Walter
